Operate the V&F.  TT&TO, mostly timetable, but with a few orders.  TT&TO assistance is available, and for those who want nothing to do with TT&TO, verbal track warrants can be issued, and no cookie penalty will be assessed.  Note that the start time is back to the normal 6:30 PM time.
