This is the second operating session for my layout. Some changes since the first session include: the schedule for the trains have been tightened up, track work and cars that were noted with problems have been repaired to the best of my knowledge, and the additional branch line by Orion is being worked on.  Hopefully by the this operating session it will be complete enough to run a second local on it. 

Some information on my layout.  It is loosely based BNSF modern era. Located somewhere between Chicago to the east and Minneapolis and St. Louis to the west.  The first half of the layout (level) is complete with a temporary staging yard where the helix will go for now.  The layout is double track main full CTC signal controlled. I am using JMRI for operations. And also in conjunction with CATS for the signaling. The DCC system is Digitrax.

If you are able please bring an extra corded throttle and FRS radio please.
I do not yet have any wireless Digitrax equipment yet.
